Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale:
1. All Measurements are approximate.
2. The Piece may vary slightly as they are hand made. The boxes may vary slightly.
3. All items Priced in USD, per piece/ item. Prices subject to change anytime.
4. Taxes and V.A.T. extra where applicable. All duties, custom charges, etc. are payable by customer.
5. Postage is also payable by customer. All items will be shipped by a reputable carrier and some carriers may include insurance and others may not. It is the customers responsibility to request additional insurance.
6. Goods will be shipped when full payment received. Cheques, money orders, wire transfers accepted. ITEMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL PERSONAL CHEQUE CLEARS. FOR SPEEDY DELIVERY, PLEASE SEND MONEY ORDER IN US DOLLARS.

8. Please allow 21 days for delivery. Special orders may take longer.
9. Wholesale prices are also available on request. A minimum order or a minimum quantity maybe required.

11. Payment accepted in US Dollars; Canadian Dollars; Pounds Sterling; Hong Kong Dollars, German Marks. Contact Cyrus Doomasia, for Current Exchange rates.
12. 15 days limited warranty, from the day that the goods are received. Defective goods repaired, exchanged for like item if out of stock, or credit.
13. If items are damaged in transit, depending on the damage, the item will be replaced at the discretion of Cyrus Doomasia. The customer must settle all shipping ,transit, delivery damages, etc. directly with the shipping company first. The items are packed in the best possible manor.
14. All return postage is payable by the customer. The customer MUST insure it so that it is returned in the best possible manor. All returns are accepted at the discretion Cyrus Doomasia.
15. Corporate gift orders, incentive and personalized orders accepted! Minimum order required.
16. There is a RESTOCKING fee of 25%, for all refunds prior to despatching the goods. If the goods have been despatched , then there is a 40% restocking fee. If the item is defective then , a replacement will be mailed , at no extra charge. If one wishes to get a refund after the item has been received,then the 40% restocking fee will apply.
17. If the item is special ordered then the restocking fee does not apply. Special orders are NON REFUNDABLE.
18. Refunds are done at the discretion of Cyrus Doomasia, and the policy of Refunds/Returns, can be changed or overridden at anytime, by Cyrus Doomasia.
